One thing that helps also.... when you are taking the computer tests, there is skip button. You can only miss a certain amount to pass. The skipped questions do not count against you and all they will do is push those questions to the end of the test. Once you reach a pass, you dont even have to answer any remaining questions. Take advantage of the skip button if you need to. It sure helped me

20 years ago I got out. Halfway house and all that the only job I could get was as a mover but I just worked my way up and then he gave me a truck they trained me and it worked . you just gotta Keep your head down keep your temper down . Throw any bone crushers you've got in the trash can 🤣 It's gonna take time a lot of time I just got my s*** expunged after 30 years from a 20 sec AVOIDABLE LAPS IN My brain to hand movement , to being sentenced 18 years ... Just got my permit, in my case I had to take 6 tests just because they made me retake my class C and M1 tests. I already have the license for that but its cool. Also I did the doubles and triples endorsement so that was another test. I start my classes this coming monday.

I did it almost the same. Study for 4 days and busted the exam out right away while the info was still fresh in my head. Good luck to you with the rest. I’m so nervous about taking the real test later. So much info to remember with all the parts but it only makes sense we have to know them if we want to do this correctly

My instructor started me with an in cab inspection. I covered everything except for performing the brake test because I thought we would do a walk around and under the hood inspection before moving the vehicle. She failed me because of that. I'm i wrong to believe that performing the brake test is the last thing you do before moving the vehicle? basically she was trying to get me to do a brake test and then do a walk around and then go under the hood inspection.

If im not mistaken but arent you given a section to do on your pre trip then the in cab inspection. I believe its form A,B,C,D. I believe form A is front of truck B side of truck C coupling devices D all of the truck

B is for front and coupling of the truck and in cab C is front of truck and trailer and in cab. Maybe where u took your driving test they didnt do it

But it wouldn't have mattered though... i feel like a person that legitimately knows all the parts on the truck would be able to pass the pre trip in whatever order or section the tester may want it done in. I personally recommend doing it in a very specific order... but you should be good in whatever order if you know the parts of the truck.
