Henry family you can boil the pineapple skin and core and make pineapple water. Boil the skins for 20 minutes then let it sit for 1 hour covered with a lid. Then strain and you can add honey and cinnamon. The pineapple water is good for digestion and immune system. I Love it. I love your family may God continue to Bless all of your endeavors. 🙏🏾🤗❤️
