Hello! exported the file just as you say but when i open it, it does not play, the video player says the file was coded in an invalid format, any solutions? it's a .mov file, only VLC player plays it. thank you!

Not sure! I guess it just depends on what settings you used on the "render video" pop up. I export mine with Adobe Media Encoder. H.264. Mine exports as a .mov file too, I use Quicktime to watch em.. but I can use the .mov file in other things too 🤷‍♂️ I have a Macbook also.. Sorry it's just hard to guess what the issue is without seeing your computer.

Hey, it doesn't show hard pixels when i upscale it and when i set the resolution from 72 to 300 ppi. It asks me to convert the video layer to smart object. Can you please help me with this?

not sure about this.. but when I upscale, you can only do it at the last stage before exporting. Enlarge the whole image to whatever size you want. (not sure you need to change the resolution dpi tho). And then once the image/canvas is enlarged (via nearest neighbour for hard edges) then you can export the vid. Hope this helps? Not sure what else to suggest ✌
