Ingredients:
1lb diced chicken breast
1 chopped medium onion
2 Tbsp butter
1 cup long grain rice
2 chicken bouillon cubes
2 cups of water
8-12oz vegetables
Salt and pepper to taste
8oz of cheese (optional)

I never rinced my rice either but one time the rice I got must have been pretty dirty as I had to precooked the rice for the recipe. There was dirt all around the pan. So now I rice it in a wire colander. 😊

You use cast iron skillets, almost always. How do you clean yours? I have many. They've been passed to me and I don't use them, because one time I did, it ws a mess trying to clean it. Thank you.

Food shouldn't stick to them if they're seasoned well. I don't do anything special. Just don't leave them dirty and definitely don't leave them soaking. Rub some oil in them if they aren't shiny.
