Banana bread...I don't usually love it, which makes no sense because I love pretty much everything banana. I like it much better when it's got chocolate in it. This combination is not something I've ever heard of, though, so I'd sure be up to give it a try. I like all of the elements, so makes sense that I'd like the bread.

Miss Talli Faye, you can just freeze the last 2 until you need them later. Always freeze bananas when they reach the desired ripening and have ripe ones ready-when-you-are, not just on the day that they demand your attention Also, if you slightly crumple the foil up first you can form your tent better/more easily., esp over oven-hot pans. Or press it over the outside of a duplicate pan first then revert it on to the top of this one.

Ms. Talli Faye, I take my old banana peels and any bananas I can’t use for banana bread. I mix them in my blender and work them in the soil around my rose bushes. Then water good. My roses were my Moms. So they are around 30 years old and they produce more roses than using miracle grow. Also free buzz cleans his fish add water , next day use as a fertilizer on garden or house plants. Best fertilizer ever. That bannana break looks delicious!
