I beg to differ. The harmonization diminishes the feeling and beauty of the solo. Also, some bends are lost and concealed by the other guitar not doing exactly the same bend or doing something else. This lessens the emotion of the main lead solo (which is the leitmotiv of the piece). In any case, a longer emotional solo would have been better (similar to Gary Moore's). Then again, bands with 2 guitars are always tricky since everyone wants to solo (and not always servicing the song).

What a classic rock song that encompasses rock music in that early 90’s era. For the second week in a row, Dan was incredible! A phenomenal vocal that I’m sure Gary himself would be flattered by. And the guitar work…..every guitarist out there who was playing in 1990, knew full well that you couldn’t /wouldn’t dare call yourself a guitarist until you could play that solo. Jake, you slayed it! And you made it look easy! And the arrangement….Con, it was brilliant. As you always do, you stayed true to the original, but you put your mark on this classic that gave it a new, fresh sound. Having Jake and Dan finish those last few measures with both guitars screaming put the HSCC mark on this song. Phenomenal work men….enjoyed every second!

A new sentimental journey, in this case to the 90s, which began with this great album and this great song by Gary Moore that was to mark an era and would introduce the blues to the younger generations (still got the blues, now and forever!)... The guitars sound formidable, perfectly harmonized with the chameleonic voice of the always great Mr. Lopresto, for whom nothing has yet been composed that he can't sing in the pop genres... Anyway, another great gift from our favorite band at the gates of a new weekend. May it be conducive to all HSCC fans!
