I've seen so many people say they didn't like it. I think it's wonderful. A fantastic modern take on the old Mighty Ducks jerseys, but with an even better color scheme and everything polished up so perfectly. If I were a Ducks fan I would have bought it in an instant.

On the Carolina jersey, note that the space between the flags is a stylized outline of North Carolina. Very nicely done.

Hurricane warning One flag means hurricane watch , two flags means hurricane warning . When Carolina had the one flag jersey the flags had the opposite meaning.

I have to say this upfront: you've got a great channel. I've been seeking a top-notch source for all things hockey on KZbin for quite some time. And you, my friend, have the goods. Knowledgeable, transparent about where your own biases lie (we all got 'em), and you do a great job maintaining a good level of objectivity. I only found you about 3 weeks ago and, having worked through your previous videos thoroughly, there's nowhere else I'll go for hockey content from now on. Keep up the good work. Now, on to business. I think you knocked this out of the park. But, since this is the internet, I've gotta throw out my only gripe: both the Boston and Vancouver jerseys are good, but I don't think they're particularly inspired design-wise. I know those are both your teams (for the sake of transparency, I'm a Chicago local and my inherited East team is the Pens), so I'll give you one or the other (Boston is the better choice IMO). But not both. That said, my choice for a replacement is the 2012-13 St. Louis 3rd (It truly pains me to say that). I think that design and colors really pop. If it's not in your collection, then I'm cool with it not being on the list. Nevertheless, great list! =)

Jessie Gandhi as a Devils fan I like the Liberty ones as well. Mostly because it’s a NJ Statue hahaha. Ive said for years though, if you sub out the “NYR” for USA and the rangers shoulder patch for the capitals W patch, that would be a sick Team USA jersey.

Great run down! I really appreciate your content since unlike most media I come across you are not dismissive of my hometown Carolina Hurricanes! What you may not know about the new flag logo is that the negative space between the flags is actually imitating the North Carolina State border. I love how different it is. I agree that most likely the new away uniforms will be imitating the alternate, and this alternate may very well become the home uniform as it is popular with the players, the fans, and most importantly the owner Tom Dundon. Also when I went to the store at the arena, I was asking about a shirt in red that was sold out, and they said that they recently “got a lot of black” since it’s a big seller...take that for what it’s worth.

The St. Louis Blues winter classic Jersey that became the third Jersey. When they first came out with it. I was in love instantly. The brighter shade of blue with the yellow and the different style blues note, it's amazing. By far one of my favorite shirts I have.

I have the same White Lady Liberty from CCM Vintage. However, the shoulder pad logos are the normal NYR shield LOGO, not the off positioned slanted one. Even has a fight strap as well

The blue jackets cannon jersey is so pretty. One of the sharpest logos in NHL history. The Carolina Hurricanes third is and was fantastic from day one. Bring back that lady liberty jersey New York. It is eye candy.

San Jose did not feature the SJ logo on their home/away jerseys. They had the jumping shark, much like the alternate's front crest. The SJ logo did however show up on their pants from 2015 to 2017.

Some additional commentary on the Rangers jersey: It's cool that there's a third-jersey from the white-is-home era. But they probably will never have this design again because in 1998 New Jersey sued New York and won ownership of 90% of the Statue of Liberty. It also made us New Yorkers change our license plates to Niagara Falls.

My favorite third jersey isn't even for NHL. The Seattle Thunderbirds back in the day had a jersey that was a Thunderbird head that said "T-Birds" on it. Honestly to this day it's my favorite third jersey. Something about re-imagining the detail yet keeping it simple.. It had a resounding effect on me as a kid when they used it.

One thing about the Sharks Crest that not many people know about. The triangle symbolizes the Bay area of San Francisco, Oakland and San Jose. And, then, there is the Red Triangle of shark filled waters off the coast of California, Now you've know what the Teal and Orange stripes in the crest are all about!!
