I remember specifically after the pens won the cup in ‘17, KZbin recommended your video about “why the Coyotes missed the playoffs.” I was curious, being a Coyotes fan, to see if you were gonna bash on them with the same tired un-insightful commentary that everyone who never watched the team play said. I was pleasantly surprised, and have been subscribed since then. Over this time I’m pretty sure you’ve become my favorite KZbinr. On any topic. It is crazy to think how long ago that was, but it’s been an enjoyable ride and a pleasure to watch your channel grow. Thanks for everything you do Shannon! Your talks on mental health have seriously, seriously benefited me, helped me not feel alone, and helped me through dark times. I'm so sorry you lost your team. I have two Coyote jerseys even though I am a Stars fan. People ask me why I have the Coyotes jersey and I answer them "I am a hockey fan". And to this day I will watch hockey anywhere, any team, any time. I do hope that someday in the future I will be able to see a game in Phoenix. Good luck.

Shannon, I’ve been a hockey fan since late 80s early 90s. My first jersey was a Montréal Canadiens jersey that my dad bought for me from Montreal forum. I live in Missouri, so I am a blues fan by geographic region, but I am a Montréal Canadiens fan at heart. I’m not sure when I found your channel but the first thing that stuck out to me about your channel was your cap collection that matched your jersey collection. From there, the quality of your videos regarding discussion of rules and games has been absolutely superb. When I found out about your entertainment channel and the fact that you follow professional wrestling, it was like had found a family member. I love the game of hockey and your scope of wisdom and in-depth analysis plus the honest takes bring me back every time. Thanks for your love and passion for the greatest game in the world. I don’t know whether you have had a moment or photograph with Lord Stanley, but I hope at some point soon you get that moment for Canada and specifically the city of Vancouver. I found the channel after the 2019 Stanley Cup. I was consuming a lot of videos, partly to convince myself that it wasn't some fever dream. I saw the livestream he did in-between periods with Yvonne and some friend of his that had a sign that read "Not Their Kid".

As a Bruins fan, I started watching after the 2019 final trying to find commentary on what happened. Kept watching and loved learning more about the game that I’d been playing and following since I was 2. Definitely gave me inspiration to start a jersey collection as I always thought it was an expensive hobby. The videos telling where you found them for cheap has allowed me to currently be at 97! Anyway, I work at a company that works with content creators and you’re definitely the one I can relate to the most.

I am proud of you for going to see that eclipse. It was incredible and I have never experienced anything like the totality I got to see. I was working in a magazine plant for the 2017 eclipse. I was working 12-hour shifts, three-ish days a week ... and had eclipse day off. I was still there but on five 8-hour shifts when the Blues won the Cup ... but was laid off for most of their playoff run.

Shannon, I really appreciate that you as so enthusiastic about Wyatt Johnston, with the Stars. Being a Stars fan I was really depressed that they were not drafting forwards with any success for a number of years, but that has certainly turned around and Johnston is a gem, but I would really appreciate to hear what you think of Logan Stankoven. I was jacked when the Stars drafted him and he sure looked great in the first game this year. By the way, I was in Nebraska for the 2017 eclipse and it was worth the drive from DFW. We were lucky enough to see another one this year in Waco and an Annular Eclipse in Lovington, New Mexico in 2023. Thanks for your channel.
