Devils wish could be consistent play, they are very inconsistent. Start on time,score early etc. or even Depth scoring but again NJ fans dont want that cuz all they want is big physical guys who have less than 4 goals.

For the oilers I would say having Arvidsson & Jeff Skinner turn things around would be nice. Another would be Bouchard improving his defensive play and reduce his mistakes made. Often times once Bouchard makes a costly mistake he’ll be put right back on the ice and make a second mistake whether that’s a penalty or a turnover it often times converts into a goal against

I can't really argue with the focus thing. I'm sure the stuff about the power play has gotten in there and builds pressure, a lot of players were dealing with sickness, Pavelski retiring, Seguin's injury, Robo's and Johnston's goal droughts (Hintz had one too but he seems to be getting it back), the Finland trip, the offensive and defensive lines have been in a blender all season, and there's been barely any time to breathe. Yeah they could definitely use some focus. And a break.
