It's never a good video unless Sai is eating ,as a matter of fact every single video includes food , but that's what makes these great video's Adam. I would love to see how you guys burn off the calories and what you look like in the morning after eating all the delicious food. When I had a bufet there it was in a slightly different area and I had roast beef and all the trimmings, didn't look like you had that option. Many Filipinos don't like Balut also so don't worry. I do like that Hotel but my favorite used to be the Peninsular in Makati, taught my daughter to swim in that pool. Talking of pools, the pool there at Sofitel is also very nice. I'm wondering if you will be trying the Manila Hotel.

Sai, you need to get on Fear Factor if it's still being produced. You approached eating duck embryo with little or no apprehension. Plus, Thai people like most of the Southeast Asian countries are accustomed to eating very unusual things. The place looks unbelievable some many choices . Must have been an amazing foodies experience for both of you.

I swear I never ate Balut in the Philippines when I lived there for 4 yrs! But my GF swears I ate 7 one night when I was drunk on Red Horse and Mojo. So who knows? I would never eat Balut when Sober thats for dam sure!

I really did not see anything there more special at the sprial buffet then they have at the Viking Buffet. I am sure it is cheaper if you stay at the sprial hotel, that is like 150 USD per night. Is it worth staying at an expensive price hotel, to get the buffet a little cheaper? My thought is, depends how long you plan to stay in manila. When you can find a nice hotel only $40 USD per night for 2 people. 3 nightswould be 120 USD VS $450 USD to save $60 USD per person for the buffet? Do the math 40 USD X3 nights $120 USD, + 2 buffet $110 USD each ($220 USD) = $320 USD VS $450 USD only for 3 night at the hotel. Think about the Gimmick, Safe travel everyone. I did not see any Lobster, or steak on the buffet?
