You look pretty Ms. Wendy I'm glad I know at 36/37 it's not too late to start an acting career from scratch. I am curious though: 1.) How to overcome slight sadness after starting later in life than you were hoping to. 2.) Who to reach out to if you're trying to sell film treatments you've wrote (although that may not be your expertise 😅).

I remember last year I almost got scammed by two different “agencies.” I sensed there was a problem when their email requested me to pay up front. I knew I had to back out immediately when I saw their payment plans.

I went into their office once and I remember they were using Diamond White’s name to attract people. They gave me sides from a Kit Kat commercial and they also told me about some $600 plus entry fee into their “unagency” lol I was about 17 at the time and I figured there had to be another way. To this day they still email me 😂😂 now I know better and I can’t believe they still exist

Hi Wendy. I don’t know if you’re still answering questions but I got an audition with the John Casablancas a few months ago. They said I had a lot of potential and they wanted to be my agent. I’ve heard of A LOT of scamming stories from people that have paid the money to go there. I said no to them when they started to explain the money that they wanted. Was I right to do this?

That is not the professional acting training that you need. You need to take professional level acting classes - you can take them online: Houde School of Acting, Actorsite, Shari Shaw Studios, Margie Haber Studios, Anthony Meindl

It's a scam. Everyone gets in. It's pretty much just a school that gets taught by their students that didn't get the career they wanted! Don't fall for it cause I did... 💯
