I really love Tiffany's outlook and mindset. She has a strong presence and she has purpose. I believe that her not knowing she had the disease earlier in life is what helped her because she developed a mindset opposite of what she would have had, had she known earlier in life. As an emotional being, I find myself crying at how others treat her. I'm going to be 48 next month. I don't believe in certain things that other people believe in regards to aging. It makes a huge difference. I try not to be around people that get upset that I'm not aging the way they are. Those people that try to sabotage me or attack me because of something inside themselves. I also believe that food is medicine. I don't eat other beings (animals) and I try to eat healthy to give my body what it needs.

As I sit here watching this/listening… I am making wire wrapped stone jewelry to sell at my local consignment store for the holidays… this beautiful soul has brought tears to my eyes as certain things she said really hit me deeply. like, “I want to experience everything,“and “just create some thing,“… These are the models that I live by, it is what gets me through the day, because I myself have a genetic disorder that causes blindness. And when I paint and draw, and sell my jewelry, and go out into the world and meet people, and experience a lot of the things that she has experienced, both beautiful and not so beautiful… I am amazed and other people are amazed. I have done my fair share of crying about it. I’ve discovered a world, especially here on KZbin like your channel, Claire, that have brought so much depth to my life and make me feel like there’s a lot I can do still. At the end of the day that’s what I ask myself… Just like Tiffany said… What can I still do? :-)❤️❤️❤️😉

So pleased to hear you enjoy the channel and thanks so much for watching each episode! There are so many options that it's really hard to make specific recommendations. I have to say that red light and microcurrent are my own choices for at-home devices and I've linked to what I use in my own routine in the description. For more dramatic results, I would be tempted to try a course of microneedle facials (I've just started doing this with a nearby clinic). Then there's RF microneedling, CO2 laser or ultrasound which can help tighten skin but you need to make sure they're done by a very experienced and highly recommended practitioner as great machines can do bad things in the wrong hands! Hope this helps.
