This is my go to for everything. I use the 30 min and 1hr nap regularly. And now I use the honest guys for pretty much every nights sleep meditation. Thank you! Something about the voice is so reassuring.

I work night shift and my sleep schedule has been weird but It was 2 hours before I had to go to work and I was really tired and grumpy so decided to see if there was something on here to help take a power nap because I had never done it before, wasn't sure if it was gonna actually work but I trusted the comments and without even realizing I was asleep and dreaming than woke up and was like omg I i totally over slept but nah it was only a hour :D so I want to say thank you so very much for making this and having this uploaded!!!🙏❤❤❤💛💛💛

As many here, I’m sure, I have a super active nervous system (hypervigilance & co) due to unmanaged neurodivergence + trauma. Your soothing music, words + voice are something I wish I’d have had in childhood, adolescence and onward. ❤️🩹 But I’m so grateful to have found you in 2020, helping me regulate my nerves better and better each time. Just now, for example, I had the perfect nap with my kitty on my lap, and I feel much better prepared to go to my therapy session. ❤ Thank you for all you do. ☺️

I can't even tell you how this one hour nap video helps me at least three or four times a week! Ever since I was very young, I respond to stress by sleeping. But I would always oversleep and make things worse. This video has made my naps intentional and effective. I don't oversleep, I wake up refreshed, I don't sleep fitfully, and I almost always seem to wake up right before the chime. At first, I thought there's no way I was ever going to hear the chime and wake up, but I do, And most of the time I wake up right before the time goes off. It makes me feel so good!

Im blown away by the fact that this worked. I was very sceptical. Im constantly exhausted, i take forever to fall asleep. Today i decided to drop my daughter off at school and go home, and straight back to bed. I mustve fallen asleep within mins of the voice stopping..then woke up about 30 seconds before the chimes. I didnt still feel sleepy, i almost bounced out of bed with a spring in my step haha. Who knew such a small amount of sleep could be sooooo refreshing. THANK YOU ❤

I wish you had one of these available for every 30 minites from 30 up to 8 hours. (1hr, 1.5, 2hrs, 2.5, 3hrs, 3.5 etc.) i work two fulltime jobs and I listen to this several times each week. I love it! Looking into purchasing any available audios.

Omg this really works and you can wake up an hour. I can not sleep sometimes but this time I had an early shift so I was very worried for Drowsiness and overslepting. I had only an hour and a half of sleep. I remember this video, I put it on and it was great starting Meditation breathing. I was surprised I did feel like I was awake but Drawn to sleeping tingles and appearing colors in motion. Lookin alike the computer screen saver live. Into the galaxy I can see. I felt so relaxed. I woke up with the last bell jingle alert and energized to get to work on time lol. Now at work I feel okay tired, but not falling asleep or bad energy. Thank you guys for this video

Had a migraine. I've never been able to sleep with them, the pain is too bad. I tried this out of desperation waiting for a pill to work as I had to drive hubby to work. Just after the "little workers' part. I fell asleep way before the pill would start working! Only for 10 mins because I was late driving hubby and he woke me up, but wow. Never thought I'd find anything that could do that. Thank you!

I will have to check this out. The one I use is called 60 minute power nap and it's got like a purple picture never fails me. The one I listen to also has a 30-minute power nap. The 30-minute one doesn't work so well but I think usually about 5 or 10 minutes into the 60-minute when I'm always asleep. So I'm going to have to try this one out and see how well it works. We have hundreds, Lana, honestly, hundreds. We’ve been doing this for years now :) Except in the Fantasy Worlds, we don’t tend to ever do long sleep talkdown stories a) because Rick’s voice; not fair for him to have to talk and talk, over and over, as he narrates, as it can take time as it is! if he loses his voice, he won’t be able to do any. B) And not fair on our writer either, having to come up with one almost every week. C) People invariably moan that there’s ‘too much talking’ - so we reached a compromise of a certain amount of time on sleep talkdowns. The fantasy ones are different, as they’re not specifically for ‘sleep’ as such.

I clean my church on Saturday nights starting at around 8 pm (or whenever I feel like getting there?!). I was up all night cleaning and ended up hitting my pillow by 4:10 am but couldn't go to sleep with the whole pot of coffee on board?! Lol! I had to get up at around 8 am so I could get ready for church so I looked for a 2 hr power nap. I found this. Honestly? I couldn't sleep AT ALL! I blame it on the coffee though! At least I was able to rest my body with my eyes closed and it helped... But I am STILL wide awake! So off to church I go after I get ready! I will try this again once I get home from church. Stay tuned for an edit. I'm sure I will fall asleep by the time I get home and lay back down! 🤣😊😅😂🤣🤷🏻♀️

Thank you :) This is the only version as it is a ‘nap’ not for a longer sleep. For longer sleep we have many sleep talkdowns

Your powernap videos put me to sleep easier than your other videos. Its a shame the chimes wake me up and resume my struggle to return to sleep

Yes, this is a ‘timed’ sleep one. Many people ask for chimes when it’s a ‘nap’, we never use chimes on our sleep Talkdown’s as they’re for use before a long period of sleep

I think it’s fine to sleep if you need it and you clearly did :) You can always do it another time

Yo my guy this is firee🔥 I didn't think It would work as it's the first time sleeping with something in ears but damn it worked😄 buuuut, I over slept because the bell rings wasn't loud enough 😅😅😅 amma make sure to put an alarm and use this again when I go to sleep😌❤ much love from Egypt!
