Great Watches but most Rolex precious metal models are dropping like a bag of shit. The market is extremely quiet. MOST (not all) grey market dealers are trying to hype them up and make a market. Fact.

I believe that 95% of the people who subscribe to this channel will never in this lifetime be able to afford or purchase a Rolex, we are fans of watches and no matter what you say, Rolex makes some damn fine timepieces. This guy seems to be an honorable and decent man who was blessed to make a living in high end timepieces, that’s the reason I tune in every week because he isn’t a lying obnoxious duche bag like the other “grey dealers” on KZbin . Trust and believe if I had the money to blow and lived in the UK I would gladly give this man my hard earned money for a fine well made time piece. Don’t hate the player, hate the game 🫡

Hey - thoughts on the 116520 white face stainless steel? I know most don't like the non-ceramic bezel but I may pull the trigger. Would buying a Panda be a better "investment" ? I like the white face a bit more but do care for value. Thanks for the great content, as always.

I was just offered a 2019 black ceramic steel Daytona in similar condition for $25,750 USD by a dealer in Texas, which was a hair under £20k a few days back. This means the trade price in the US is now likely around £19k (or possibly even less), not £24-25k as you mention in your video. There are currently several listed for sale between £19k - £20k on Chrono24 etc. Here in the UK (where things are generally pointlessly more expensive), dealers have mint examples with B&P listed on Chrono for around £22k-23k asking.

Precious metal Day dates are great watches for the long run, they can be slow sellers due to their small market, so will need patience with them!

This is the best watch channel out there and I follow them all . I have a really good AD who gets me most things in time in my price bracket but , If I was starting out again from fresh I wouldn't bother as Charlie is a real gent and you can try on any of his watches which you can't do in the AD on Rolex's orders 😡🤬and walk away the same day with you favoured / grail watch .

I have the black steel Daytona. It suffers from poor eligibility; the right lug is thinner than the left side. The forthcoming model is the one to consider. The cost is enormous, these are some of the possible reasons why this model has not sold as fast as anticipated.

I have started watching your videos from last month or so, it when i started learning about Rolex as an investment. I have always been a Gold investor and recently been introduced to the idea of watch collection and investment. I always loved watches but never understood the concept of the super expensive watches like Rolex. Thanks for explaining and introducing this idea of expensive watches to beginner like myself. : How can someone build a good watch collection and also make money with a low ticket investment under 10K. Can you please list a few relatively safe watches or ideas from both primary market and secondary market for beginners. I am happy to hold the investment for 6-12 months, also a reasonable upside upto 8-10% should be good. Also, am i looking at it from an investment perspective, is it the right approach or am i getting myself into a rabbit hole. Please advice.
