Thank you! Every time I feel like I'm feeling the wet cough is gone - it comes back. Getting an ab workout for sure and have started doing my skincare again - so that's a good sign. Hopefully next week I'll be 100% normal (as normal as I can be - ha)

It just looks a bit peach to me...when I swatch my hands I can see it - but not as much in the pan. It's possible because I have pink in my skin - the slight peach really shows up. I hope you love it as much as I do!

Your review was the reason I ordered this le Baume de Teint Foundation immediately! I ordered mine in shade 25 C - Toasted Nude, and it's the most perfect match I have ever found when purchasing a foundation online. If Sahara Nude 30 NC does pull a bit orange / too warm on you, this might be the one: it's probably a bit lighter and rosier - I am 52 and while using more neutral / olive shades during summer, I need a more rosy foundation during winter, but I don't like any foundations that are too light and therefore show up with little lighter - almost white - spots in my pores. This one doesn't do this at all, it's just perfection. Thank you for presenting this foundation on your channel - I'd have never purchased anything from CL, because I had no trust in their products (the shoes are so uncomfortable and the packaging of the make up is so not my style...).

I’ve had my eye on this product for awhile. I’m on a low/no buy for beauty products atm, but when I’m able I would really like to pick this up. I do have their pressed powder and it is incredibly blurring as well. I don’t, however like that the powder has a refill compact in addition to the outer compact that is quite clunky/chunky. Thanks so much for reviewing this foundation. It’s not getting a lot of buzz, but I think it’s really a beautiful foundation with a very skin like, barely detectable finish, but with coverage I have a similar skin tone your yours, it I usually would err on the lighter side rather than darker, and orange tones are hard to correct. I have this in 20c and it’s very neutral on me, no noticeably pink tones and definitely no orange. So glad you are feeling better. I really enjoy your videos.

I have this in 05 NC (milky nude), and I struggle to find foundations that are fair and pink enough for me. This does run very, very light. Even for me, this is very light, and I can't think of the last time I've said that, lol. Having said that, my extremely dry and sensitive skin loves it. I feel CL is underrated as a cosmetics brand (even if it is stupid expensive -- you only get 1/3 an ounce of product and most foundations are a full ounce). Especially the CL matte cream eyeshadows are wonderful, and we all know the lipsticks are a treat. Thanks for reviewing products that few people do -- you've turned me on to Rituel de Filles, and so many other wonderful brands this year that really work for my older skin! P.S. My beagle Nino sends kisses to Grace!

Dee Kiki! Despite your not feeling well, this is the very best I’ve seen your complexion look since you showed up with the Rituel de Fille (and Haus Lab) foundation!! I am so happy you tried this! Yes the packaging is garish, but what a lovely product!! Maybe try the lighter neutral shade (20?) and dot that between dots of this shade before pressing in with the beauty blender sponge? I cannot detect the orange tinge on screen but I know that may be a situation. I have the Givenchy color corrector in blue so sometimes I’ll use a teeny amount to correct too much peach just FYI! Anyway we are so happy to see you back and hope you have a fabulous holiday!!

The area where it bothers me the most is when I get to my neck and you can tell it's too warm/peachy for me, I just now thought of it - but I have the By Terry powder in pink and I wonder if that might help...hmmm. I feel like dirt, too, Kiki. Was in Maine for 12 days for my sister-in-law’s celebration of life. We were able to see her, and connect with her inimitable spirit and share some laughs before she passed. Services were lovely opening with a bag piper and closed with the song Both Sides Now by Joni Mitchell. Anyway, came back last night sick as *#&@, thanks to another SIL who arrived with the crud (still love her though!). I tested negative for Covid - yay! But, yeah. LOL on the “mustache check”. Relatable! Do you like this foundation better than Rose Inc.? Many foundations oxidize on me, so I think the orange leaning experience makes me cautious. I hope you feel increasingly better and Merry Christmas!

First of all, I'm so sorry for your loss and am glad you were able to be with your sister before she passed. The celebration sounds lovely! I think I like it better than the Rose Inc - if they had a neutral shade for me, I'd be simply in love and put it in top rotation with the Rituel de fille. I love how fast is goes on and the finish doesn't require powdering. It's truly lovely!

No, I don't think I have. I have tried Wayne Goss and Kjaer Weiss and Monika Blunder. This feels much different than those. Maybe a combo of the Goss with the Weiss or Blunder.

​@@TheHoodedLidI first learned about rcma from Wayne Goss. He keeps saying it's his favorite foundation...not the liquid one, but, rather, the creme one. I like it so much and especially am happy they offer smaller pallets of five colors geared to ur skin tone. They have one for Olive which is what I purchased. I'm grateful to u, btw, for telling us about rose inc and like that too, but, rcma, is quite special. Blessings to u. Ur poised and elegant.

Hi I had the Salt NY one and found it way more dry/dragging on my skin just fyi. The Louboutin one is more like the texture of Makeup by Mario Complexion enhancer thing but more pigmented

Speaking of scents…. Estee Lauder makes beautiful skin care products … however, the heavy perfume scent will knock you over, it’s almost nauseating and completely unnecessary… we don’t need extra alcohol in our skin care. I was looking at this foundation, but unfortunately, the shades are really a problem . It’s sold at Nordstrom’s which is about an hour drive for me. I’m not sure if I wanna take a ride in. .. might be worth it.

This is beautiful but i do detect the orange you are also seeing. We are very close to skin twins so i may try the 20C based on another comment I read here
