Hands down the best breakdown of the Megabass Spark Shad I've seen on KZbin...Thanks Ben & Jeff. I'm gearing up for Spring Smallmouth and wanted to verify rods to baits. I was spot on for the 3" but your video reminded me to not forget about the 5". Definitely doing the 5" on the Body Ballance jig. I'll use it when the pre-rigged 6" Magdraft isn't working.

If you put a 3 inch sparkshad on a 1/32 #1 keitech round ball jighead the body roll on this bait is INCREDIBLE. Try using the lightest and smallest jighead you can get away with and I gurenteed you’ll be shocked how well it works. I mostly use 6lb Seaguar invisix or red label

Man I have been looking for a swimbait that I can get in different sizes and use one. I have a dobyns colt 734 that is rated up to 1oz so I was hoping to be able to throw the 5 in on that rod with an older Daiwa 100 the bigger size for kind of my swimbait combo as I don’t have a a specific swimbait combo but I also don’t throw big baits. I was looking at the 5in spark shad to kind of give me that big bait big fish chance to catch a big fish. I will be getting all 3 sizes. Awesome video!
