Bubbles is pretty cool. Still, it has me thinking that an upscaled, possibly tracked version could be even cooler. The ability to possibly climb stairs could make them an absolute menace, lol. Perhaps with a proper turret, and maybe some welded aluminium armour for looks. One of my teammates is a welder. I think I'll talk with him about the possibility of an unmanned ground vehicle. Could be neat to bring to events.

yeah adding some balloons for enemies to shoot other than it would be a good idea i would imagine some people on the other teams dont find it fun dying and not having a way to retaliate so after awhile they would just destroy it , try the balloons i think it would save you an arm and a leg repairing it over and over again

​@@00ktn02 How would sound or smoke destroy it? Actually I'd say add a smokescreen TO Bubbles to have it "smoke out* enemies from a location... But it's a fair way to counter. Block the camera vision so the driver/pilot has to find another way to get to you. And as far as sound grenades? Ehh... I don't see how that would do anything. But smoke would be a fair tactic. Also would help you flank and approach to flip Bubbles over without getting shot during approach. Sounds like a good suggestion he had, to me.

Try a plastic or rubber overlay on the important components and add like a kill switch button that people can shoot at that would be pretty cool to see the rubber will most likely absorb impact where the plastic will keep it safe but I enjoy this vedio and I was thinking about doing something like this one day

In all honesty, I didn't even know your guys were there playing until late on the first day. I saw Bubbles zooming around and had no clue who's side he was on. Kinda small and only that one ERT patch one the right side. Maybe get him one of those "wizard" red cape/dress things to put around his middle for ID. So I avoided Bubbles, I didn't trust him... I didn't try to be mean, I guess the lesson here is be friendly and just say, "Hello!" Anyhow, I think I know the outcome of Bubbles the Airsoft Car. But that's his story to tell... Also, I love the fact that people called their hits from Bubbles! That was a fun game all the way around!!!!

The scary thing is this might be a viable alternative to airsoft *if* bill C-21 passes, because this would fall into the catagory of shoots like a fire arm but doesn't look like one (so its legal according to the new laws). So Canada is just forcing airsofters to build small mobilized platforms with tiny "turrets" to play the game. Cause thats less scary, remote controled turrets.

Hehe I imagine flexibility foam would be much softer and less prone to being damaged or obstruction of players and any unintentionally harmful. Like catching air and landing on someone’s face. I love this idea, but invulnerability and not having hit boxes, can be unfair. 2-way communication would be cool. I can imagine this could evolve to soft replica vehicles. Both tiny drones and human drivable scale. Foam can take damage from air soft. You get battle damage. That resembles metal fatigue. Nerf darts can be geotagged or otherwise sensor driven… so players have a disable and barricade defense. Rockets and c4 trigger sensors and set off audio and vapor. 😂

You should add a sight thats ranged up to like 25m, think like the BREN gun sight, offset. I might take some time, but in theory all you need to do zero the gun with the camera...roughly. I can think of a few ideas, one being a little bit of plastic, branching off from the gun, nothing complicated.

At this point you could make a mini armored car with a proper low profile turret and have all the electronics behind protection. But I love this kind of rc stuff, I used an fpv drone for recon before and its super fun. But the vtx definetly shouldnt be hanging out in the back of the turret, also why not use a proper aeg gearbox instead of a pistol? You can mount the gearbox sideways inside a low profile tank-like turret and have everything well protected, only antennas sticking out. I wouldnt do this kind of thing cause its pretty unfair imo. Your basically invoulnarable, and most fields wouldnt alow it. Maybe if it was only for recon.. and then you could have an hd video system on it instead of analog.

Ok so I adore Bubbles, hes a absolute lad, but he would greatly appreciate some upgrades to size, armor, and armament. I feel like tracks like a tank in place of wheels would help a lot with traversability and keep from getting stuck as easily. If you had a larger turret you could mount a camera adjacent to the barrel and get more accurate shots, and a 360 camera in a transparent dome on top of the turret would be very good for visibility.

i would love to see a metal rc tank go out shooting ppl with bb cannon with bb 50 cals ontop but honestly if you see this message send me photos and measurements of weak points in mm and i can 3d print out some extra plating to help protect the electronics better ive printed armor before for airsoft it can take point blank shots without pen would be free ofc i love your channel hmu if interested i can also make and print you out a death system useing a balloon in a thin 3d printed box it would die every 4-5 enemy rounds and we can use a probe or filament sensor from a spare printer to sense when the vehicle should die from the balloon being popped and cut power and shine a light to show its dead it would be a very simple setup ofc
