These videos are phenomenal, and the utmost respect to you guys for finishing the job with as much compassion for the deer and as much respect for the land owners as possible in the cold. THP is the best hunting channel on KZbin. Period.

Congrats to Jake, Zach and the THP team for delivering yet another great hunt! A quick shout to those landowners and neighbors who kept Jake moving ahead on those follow-up hunts. Their assistance does not happen every day. I hope they are able to view the footage and see their trust in Jake shows all the good in permission hunting!

Absolutely my favorite hunting channel and videos like this are why. Jake’s heart for the sport, the animals, and the land owners is an example for every young hunter and Zach’s exuberance and happiness for his buddy are what you hope for in a hunting partner.

The best part about your videos is that they are real! Lost gloves, freezing your butts off. It takes me back to the days all my buddies and I spent every minute we had out hunting. I love it!! Thank you guys!

That was an absolutely awesome hunt. Lesser sportsmen may have given up. What a great example to set and a lesson to keep after him and keep your foot on that aggressive peddle you guys are known for! Well done.

That pic of him at full draw in the sunset and the deer jumping the fence would make for an awsome tshirt or hoodie.

This is why we L❤️VE watching THP, this is real hunting!!! All these mainstream hunting shows have left the average hunter to chase every sponsor they can!! Our hats off to you guys, never leave us average hunters. We L❤️VE y’all!!

It's the right thing to do to harvest the animal humanely, and as quickly dispatched as possible. Kudos for the extra effort, and thanks to the landowners who graciously understood. Love what ya'll are doing, please keep it up!

There are so many things I appreciate about this channel, but number one is the pure honesty. Even to the point of mentioning the lost glove. Not a bunch of remakes and "Well, he got to private so he's gone." Congrats, Jake and Zach! Your respect for landowners serves the hunting community well.

Stellar hunt footage there team Zach and jake! A lot of things to learn and information in this video especially if you break it down into sections. Getting the first shot. Analyzing that shot and tracking. Bumping the deer but staying on him. Getting permission to track on private. Moving in for the finisher. That buck was lethally hit....just how far he traveled after the hit is a great lesson. Really sucks when we don't get that double lung nicked the heart 10 seconds crash, but you guys did everything perfect after that didn't happen! Congrats!

What a great thing you did Jacob! And that was great footage Zach! You two are money. When you two get together for a stalk, good things happen. Like when you guys stalked in on that large 8 pointer on that windy river bottom and Zach's shot was within 10 yards in S. Dakota? Zach yells "Jacob" and Jake said "look at you". Like I said, good things happen.

Jake, there's no reason to apologize or explain your actions. I can only imagine the negative feedback from the "experts" that you guys get at times. Nice job, those conditions were horrible. Every hunt is different, every situation is different. A guy just makes the best decision he can from his past experiences, along with compassion and admiration for the animal.

I have always been thankful for your self imposed limits on shot choices. I have heard you guys discuss limiting shots to clear and short range opportunities. I applaud. However it appears to me that on spot and stalks you have a tendency to extend your range. I don't applaud. I believe bow hunting is meant to be a close range hunt (25 yards or less). Longer ranges produce a much lower percent of good shots. Please don't be willing take poor shots because they are as good as you think you can get. You guys have a stage and influence many hunters, people think it's ok to take risky shots based on what they see and hear other hunters doing or not doing. Thanks. Good luck. I do appreciate you guys. You are a class act. God bless you.
