Great video. Been my dream to elk hunt since I was about 20 when I really got into bow hunting. I'm now 56 and the dream is skipping away. Work, devorce life changes...just hasn't happened. Lots of whitetail harvest here in PA. Maybe someday. I always enjoy the hunting public gang!! Stay safe!!

Right after I got the bow I spent like 2 hours setting my draw length/weight, lining up the peep, lining the nock with the rest, and just a butt ton of adjusting and I plan on paper tuning this week

Instead of Leuko tape, I recommend sock liners and you won't get blisters. I just tied them this year and unlike every other year, not a single blister. I bought Fox River River Wick Dry Coolmax liner socks which are thin but seem to be durable.

I'm from Missouri but I use to go to Wyoming for work up in the mountains. Well any way we use to have elk walk right by the house at else than 10 yards I have the pictures. An yes I've seen 89 degrees one day then 17 to 32 degrees with Snow all the following week. Crazy up in mountains.

I was in a camper in the Sierra Madres Wyoming September 9th when that storm hit last year it was rough as hell! The wind knocked down entire rows of trees in our spot it was crazy. However the next day the bulls were fired up!! I’m enjoying the series men elk seasons coming fast!

How did ks work our for you? I grew up there. Mostly pheasant hunted as a youth hunter. I now live in Louisiana and shoot 2 deer a year. No giants. Every Christmas I'll travel back to my mom's house. I'll see gaint bucks in pretty predictable places. As a southern hard-core hunter I always think I could get a solid 8 point or better in the Midwest states.
