Hello Steve! Thank you so much for all the helpful videos and tutorials. Could you do one on how to decorate the ice-cream tubs to rise appetite appeal? Once more thank you for taking your time on producing such useful videos.

Does scraping with a wire brush remove the seasoning? Do you have to reseason it every time?

I love my Carnival King. You need to find the temperature and timing sweet spot but for me 320 degrees and 1 minute seems perfect. Do you possibly have any good leads on places to get consistently affordable mix in smaller quantities like Krusteaz or Carnival King mix? We are still starting and $45 for 4-5lb boxes or $100 a case is a bit steep for us. Tried making our own mix and it tends to stick.

hmmm not really - most sell in a box that has 6 x 5 pound bags

What if our waffle irons have a non stick surface ? A wire brush will ruin the surface right ?
@ScoopSchool6 жыл бұрын
Correct - Always refer to the manufacturers website or instruction manual

I have started a small ice cream business . Please suggest a good brand of commercial waffle iron and model.

I like Cobatco for waffle irons. There is also Star, nemco and Golden Malted
