I thought this building was supposed to be 70 stories + mechanical floors. If they wanted to make this building a good looking building, they should have made it at least 6 to 12 stories taller at the top section (a more natural aesthetic roof height/ pinnacle height). Anyway, I hope this company goes bankrupt. The last thing they need to be doing is to be building a new headquarters. It's the worst bank in human history.

One only has to look at how fast hedge funds are leaving.. how many retail shops and restaurants are closing and leaving.. And most importantly what commercial realestate of this type are sitting vacant. 3 billion to build an ediface to hubris

I worked in the old Manufacturers Hanover building in the 1980s. It was classic Mid-century Modern. This new building is too large for Park Avenue. And architect Norman Foster is not so great. There is another Foster building going up at 425 Park Avenue. Also not so great.
