2:28 You need to work on improving the accuracy of the B-roll that you are showing during your video. For example, you have images from Rio and from Resorts World during the Fontainebleau portion. This is not only an inaccurate representation of the subject matter you are talking about, but it's just plain careless and sloppy.

My family moved to Las Vegas when I was five. Without any exaggeration every couple years someone has came out with a grand plan for high speed train service to Southern California. At least back then we had regular train service. Oh, and by the way, I’m 68 now. So don’t expect me to hold my breath waiting.

The only reason I have a bit (just a bit) higher hopes for this one is it's a private company this time. Brightline just opened their Miami to Orlando high speed rail route in Florida with plans to expand to Tampa so they've at least proven they can do it, and not a decade late at 10 times the original budget like government projects tend to be.

Locals hate the strip even more! They shut us out from charging us ridiculous parking fees! There are 2,900,000 in this metro area and they could care less about us! They also could care less if tourists ever return! The service industry and hospitality is horrible! We all miss the old days of Vegas when the strip catered to all their customers! "Fountain-blue" is how its pronounced.. some of these seem too big to sustain, or, other properties are going to suffer immensely. i dont see them bringing in enough revenue to either sustain the property in the long term, or it sucks up so much from other venues, they cant compete. nobody is "too big to fail".. Bleutech park.... i dont see succeeding..or possibly even completing.. its overly ambitious, assumes the economy will never tank again, assumes a reasonably steep increase in overall Vegas foot traffic, which i dont see occurring..Vegas is only up small single digits over last yr, and barely back to pre-covid numbers. this park looks like it will be the Rio of the future.. an empty shell of what initially was a great, unique and intriguing property..

Good luck with that project.. It will probably take the next 20 years for it to be completed. Hell! They cant even finish the Tropicana and I-15 exit in a sufficient amount of time.. Construction always seems to be dragged out for every project except housing projects.. Roads construction can forget about it... Preparing Vegas for Formula 1 is a locals nightmare in which for most locals think its completely foolish to bring such a event here... Anyway! Infrastructure and development seems to be behind 10 - 20 years compared to many other countries... Water is a problem, no doubt, but Vegas has done a pretty incredible job to help. I live on the headwaters of the river in Colorado, there's a lot causing problems that nobody seems to be willing to admit and talk about here in CO. I'm sorry for the desert dwellers. It’ll become like Dubai within the next century, as it’s having more and more mega projects, and I’m sure mega buildings being developed, but completely neglects their own citizens, as they make so much money from tourism why bother improving the slums of the city

Ai. Los Angeles is the Entertainment capital of the world. Vegas need to own their own title, the gambling capital of the world or the adult capital of tje world. Pick one, but notnover Hollywood where its footprint is around the world.

I move from NY Manhattan to Vegas 12 years ago, doubts, questions, "why Vegas?" There are questions and uncertainty when I decided to move to Vegas, especially we just had a one year old. The answer is now.... - If you work in hotel industry, looking for busy as hell life without worrying tomorrow have no job. move here. - Easy travel to everywhere, flights are available all year long. I love driving to Disneyland LA or Huntington beach.... - There are no "Perfect Place to Live", too hot here? I was born in Taiwan and you may try the 105F with 99% humidity.... not here. - Real estate is booming, renting is not easy and more expensive compare to 10 yrs ago. - No state tax. - New houses and community. Welcome to Vegas and thank you Vegas! My city!
