So pleased that religious services continue to be held despite the war.

How is it on the wrong day?

@@swordforjustice Follow the Julian calendar. The calendar Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ decided to become incarnate under. The calendar under which He, The Second Person of The Most Holy Trinity entered into human history.

@ it doesn’t matter what calendar is used. Jesus died in 33 AD, while the Julian Calendar was created in 45 AD. They use the Revised Julian calendar now, which is the calendar that most of the orthodox world uses. Clearly you are a follower and believer of Putler and his altar boy Kiril. All sane people are wise to Russia’s Soviet-era propaganda.

God bless Ukraine and the World..., and may Putin just leave russian politics and to stop thinking of ways to be BAD.

One would hope, but I feel like people who support Ukraine are losing the narrative/information war. People like Tucker Carlson have a huge pulpit to say things like "Ukraine is persecuting Christians." The average American doesn't know much at all, if anything, about the issue between the UOC-MP and the OCU or about Kirill's declaration of holy war against Ukraine. And it saddens me to say, a lot of Russian Orthodox despise the OCU as "traders to the Russian World", and the majority of American Orthodox make theological excuses for what Russia is doing. The best thing you can do is share this stuff with anyone you can
