I saw her play this song... stripped down like this, opening for Robyn Hitchcock in Seattle before I ever knew who she was (I think it was late 1990's)-- only time I've ever been moved to tears listening to someone play live. You could have heard a pin drop in the Seattle Opera House. Robyn Hitchcock wouldn't let her leave the stage, after she said "goodnight, that's all I know". He literally pushed her back out on stage, so someone yelled "Play Free Bird".... And she DID. Every last note.

+slint69 For me this song is all about accepting eachother for who you are and what you went thru. I instantly forgave my woman for what she might have done in the past (even if I knew it or not) and she did the same for me.We both excepted that there was only the here and now and the two of us together.When you fall in love you just erase the tape of your previous life and start recording like it is day one.I still love my woman and for me she is more than a Good Woman for me she is the Best and Only Woman.She did change me for ever and she did make me a good man (at least in her eyes, and that is all that matters).
