In the year 2000 I heard her play alone in the corner of an art gallery, at the pace of Willie Deadwilder, one song blending into another and then another and another, for close to 3 hours, with one light in the corner in the entire place. My heart melted that night but it ran down into a better place.

When I went to Chan concert in Istanbul 2 years ago she explained the story behind this song. Once she took a taxi and the driver told her all the troubles of his life and about his love for this girl, Rebecca. Then before he dropped Chan off, he stopped by the house of the girl and hug her on the doorstep.
