We are already in the big crash, Inflation is a catastrophe. This CPI report is a colossal failure. To bring the market to a halt, the FED will have to pull all the stops. The unfortunate issue is that other markets are being decimated. If you want to stay green, you have to rely on a lot of diversification. Currently up 14% and being careful. Still a better deal than leaving it in a savings or checking account yielding 0-1 percent interest.

People believe their currency has the worth it does because they have no other option. Even in a hyper-inflationary environment, individuals must continue to use their hyperinflationary currency since they likely have minimal access to other currencies or gold/silver coins.

Inflation is gradually going to become part of us and due to that fact any money you keep in cash or in a low-interest account declines in value each year. Investing is the only way to make your money grow and unless you have an exceptionally high income, investing is the only way most people will ever have enough money to retire.

You have to get a financial-advisor/broker to aid you diversify your portfolios to include commodities, inflation-indexed bonds and stocks of companies with solid cash flows, as opposed to growth stocks where valuations were based on future potential earnings.

A lot of folks downplay the role of advlsors until being burnt by their own emotions. But we got corporate buyer buying up homes and keeping prices high. thats we kinda need a depression to reset the housing market and laws to block out corporate single family home buyers. It's an ongoing process. For example: Somalia, Sudan, and Congo are still countries despite their EVERYTHING being in complete shambles. In the current age where directly taking territory via war is frowned upon, countries might never just 'disappear' or collapse again. Cos back in the day, a collapse mean your neighbour moved in and took your land while your government could no longer defend it. Nowadays, what's more likely to happen is your people's living standards just steadily get worse and worse. So a failing state has a VERY different connotation than it used to. It means the people's suffering gets worse and worse with no clear end in sight. Which is more or less what has been happening since the 2000s. So yeah, the vids were more or less right.

Theirs a list of problems is going through right now. 1. China’s population is declining. 2. The working age population is aging rapidly. 3. Young people recently graduated from college are unable to get employment. 4. China’s birth rate is continuing to decline more and more because of living costs. 5. Many foreign companies are now leaving China to find better labor and not being controlled by the Communist. 6. China’s debt keeps going up because of how much money they wasted on abandoned infrastructure and real estate properties. 7. And lastly many Chinese people are fleeing from China because they’ve had enough of the CCP and want Freedom. If the CCP never existed, this would have been so more different in their country.

Unfortunately even if the CCP didn't win the civil war or even didn't exist then China would still be an authoritarian mess due to lingering warlords, power struggles and nationalist sentiment due to the Japanese, Soviets and Westerners. He cant be too literal with it because we seen what that does to rep. Just check North Korea. But one thing is sure. He basically holds all the governing power. Its just he doesnt have full control of the money and money or capital is a big part of any powerstructure throughout all of human history, communist or not. Every single one of large real estate company in China is insolvent after Xi's 3 red line policy abruptly cut all their funds. Country Garden defaulted on most of their oversees obligations, all others will follow as all their delay tactics runs out. Their cash flow is halted so they do not have money to actually build to just fulfill their existing promises, let alone new ones. It does not stop they trying to sell unbuilt houses but with almost all construction effectively halted a lot of Chinese are able to see through the censorship enough to not give them money.

Are you suggesting that Evergrande going bankrupt has no relationship with a video about China's economic problems?

Old news at this point. China decided to take them over rather than bail them out. While this tightens their grip on power it doesn't really solve the indebted property sector problem.

With all due respect as someone who has been living in China for a long time, I see no problems here. I have also seen many videos throughout these years about how the Chinese economy is just about to collapse and that hasn't happened yet and it probably won't even happen.

With all due respect as someone who knows plenty of Chinese people from China, there are tons of problems there. China has been hiding problems and crushing dissidents for so long it's no longer a secret to the outside world. To claim their biggest real estate companies like Evergrande going bankrupt is not a problem is ridiculous.
