I'd like for Canada to arrange within its international-agreements that a large portion of its future investments in its military be as peace-keepers with the U.N. I would like, in 7 years or so, that most U.N. peace-keepers be Canadian-personnel. Then, I would like Canada to be assigned by the U.N. to create an oversight of mediators to resolve the many conflicts among the big permanent 5 of the U.N. Security Council - as a 12 year plan. After this 12 years, if Canada, doing this work transparently, does not succeed, then, the U.N. MUST DISSOLVE itself and perhaps Canada can be in the lead of a new all-inclusive GEO-POLITICAL peace-keeping force. The goal is not for Canada to dominate, the goal is to have such a country take that role, and Canada, with its current, currently barely still, respectful international reputation, could succeed at this role fairly well due to its unique bilingualism and multicultural components. But also, due to its current alliances of economic relevance for maintaining adequate relations with others during our common upcoming geo-political breakdowns!
