I can’t believe how many things you identified as external obstacles or distractions!! All of those I experienced whenever I want quite time with myself. Especially after reading the Torah portion I like to let my mind imagine visually what it must be like in those times and how HaShem guided every situation! But like you said, I put on a Hasidic music channel and before you know it I’m either dancing, or singing, or crying (side effects of Hasidic songs on Noahides lol 😂).. then I lose time then I feel hungry then sleepy and it seems like I can’t get out of this cycle! This video really helped a lot! Thank you Rabbi! Pray that you feel better soon.

Please also make a videonshowing the breathing techniques if possible. Many people who do meditation would find it extremely helpful and the right kosher way will be very helpful. THANK YOU FOR THE VIDEO 😊👌
