The recent interview with David G Wilson would suggest Eon see the future of Bond in computer games rather than films. This is actually understandable long term, as the number of films people are willing to go to the cinema to watch seems to be diminishing every year. As for a director I have always said I hope they find someone doing a decent job on episodic television and give them a 3-4 film contract. But I doubt that will happen, BB seems to love her 'auteurs' who direct in the most obtrusive and heavy handed way possible.

And last night I tried to watch the living daylights with my most favorite James Bond of the mall, Timothy, Dalton and I just could not get into it that’s how much I feel like I have been let down and lied to and manipulated by eon productions. It doesn’t mean that I don’t care I just have lost interest and that is sad from a lifelong James Bond fan, because the way James Bond dies it’s disrespectful to Ian Fleming’s work

While Martin Campbell was responsible for directing two of the franchise's best films and introduced new actors to the role of James Bond, I feel that he is not the ideal choice today. The audience has changed significantly, and Campbell, in addition to being at an advanced stage in his career, has failed to replicate the success of his previous work in his most recent projects. The industry and the expectations of today's audiences require a fresh vision adapted to modern times. Some media are mentioning German director Edward Berger and I think he could be an interesting option. Although my favourite is still Christopher Nolan, but I think that EON will not choose a very popular and prestigious director like Nolan in order to avoid having "creative differences" again.

My opinion, they’re just rumors until you see actual proof that they are actually doing the first day of production, I really don’t wanna hear anything that’s coming out to eon productions because right now they have lost my confidence in my trust in a franchise that I have been introduced to buy my grandmother and my mother through Sean Connery, so until I see actual proof that things are moving in the direction, but they need to be moving in guess what it is just a rumor and has no fact of any sense that’s just my opinion
