R.I.P Marie 😢♥️ The news of her death put almost the whole country in mourning... We were very proud of Roxette here in Sweden. They were the first band after ABBA, that became huge abroad. Great reaction, btw! 😊

Roxette has always been my favourite band except possibly ABBA. Grew up listening to their songs on repeat. But I couldn't say I like every song they made. Do you really love every track on the album "Have a nice day" for example? I found "Stars" to be good, didn't like any of the other tracks though.

Fun fact: The song was released as a Christmas song at first. The title from the beginning was "Christmas for the broken hearted". It did'nt really hit and was quite forgotten until Per Gessle was asked to send in a song with short notice. He sent this one in under the new name and the rest is history.
