I flew Allegiant for the first time from Newark, NJ to Asheville, NC. Not a bad airline I have to say. Their fares are very "wallet friendly" and their crew does a wonderful job to make sure you get to where you need to go safely and on time.

New Orleans looks amazing! That’s awesome you got to see The Alaska more to love 737 and the American AirCal 737 at PIT! And yes, it’s pretty weird they made the AirCal and you’re flight turn to the runway and not takeoff and circle back to the runway to resequence and takeoff although that AC express flight took straight off

Hey Jazzy Guy I Like You Will You Come To Visit Me At Seattle Man What Do You Think Man I haven't had the pleasure of flying Spirit or Frontier (sarcasm implied) but I did have a chance to experience Allegiant's product on a flight from Pittsburgh to Savannah onboard their A319 w/registration # N326NV, the aircraft parked next to ur gate heading to Myrtle Beach. My chief & ONLY complaint were the seats. Prior to departure, my only fear was not enough legroom, or I'd be bumping elbows w/whomever was unlucky enough to sit next to me, b/c at 6'5" 265lbs it'd be a tight squeeze. Much to my surprise, neither of these were an issue. What was an issue, however, I didn't notice until about 20min into the flight. So What Is Your Plan My Man My only complaint w/Allegiant is the stone they try to pass off as a seat...more like a piece cardboard wrapped in cheap, imitation leather, ha. Now I get it, Allegiant is a ULCC, & if I wanted a comfier seat I could have easily paid an extra $75-$100 & flown on a legacy carrier. HOWEVER, despite having a bad back & a rather large frame, the flight was only about 90min give or take...that shouldn't be a problem, right??? WRONG. Several times, & much to the dismay of the gentleman seated next to me I had to get up & stretch after the pain became almost unbearable. This happened more than once. On the return flight I was seated in the 2nd to last row. When I got up & walked back to the bathroom area there was an FA nicely seated on the jump seat reading a book. Rather than ask me if I needed any help b/c I'm basically standing outside the bathroom doing warm-up stretches, she said "sir we can't have u standing in the isle or blocking the bathroom." Ok so if I can't stand in the isle or block the bathroom where would u prefer I go? I mean I can try & do my downward dog out on the wing but I don't think it's gonna work out to well. (BTW, there's a lil tip to circumvent shelling out extra $$$ for priority boarding. On Allegiant they board Priority Pass 1st & then board from the rear of the plane up. Some of u might say, "yeah, but being able to go into the Priority Pass line for security is worth the extra dough." I agree, but again, in order to circumvent that security headache all u have to do is get into the Priority Pass lane, grab ahold of ur stomach maybe bending over a lil & wincing in pain & POLITELY say to the TSA agent, "I'm sorry, I don't have a Priority Pass but, this is a lil embarrassing (& almost whisper), I REALLY have to use the restroom. I'm afraid if I have to go back to the restrooms (pre-security, hopefully more than a stones throw away) I'll miss my flight. I'm traveling alone, I only have this 1 bag (which is almost always the case) & my shoes are already off. Could I please just go through here?" Now before u go calling me a liar, it's not COMPLETELY a lie because anyone who flies a lot knows that if there's 1 thing u do before a flight it's USE THE BATHROOM, so. Anyway, back to Allegiant. I Hope You Enjoy My Man Yeah I Think It could have been the weather or it could have the the tower at MSY didn't give clearance to PIT for your plane take off. @@thejazzguy13

I fly Allegiant between ABE and PIE when I visit family in Florida. Never had a problem. My only issue is the infrequency of flights. Several times I’ve had to settle for AA (with a layover in PHL or CLT) or DL (with a layover in ATL). BTW it’s “dahntahn” Pittsburgh if you’re speaking Yinzer.

Those slim line seats reduce the weight of the airplane by 3000 pounds. Can you imagine the annual fuel savings. This is are many reasons the ULCCs have much lower costs
