You might want to bring hair conditioner as your room tour only mentioned shampoo and body soap included in the shower.

Hello! Did you find the ship to be at such a low capacity as to be weird? I’m planning to bring my kids and still want it to be fun for them.

We didn't think it was weird. It was actually kind of nice. :) Even though it was one of the first cruises for MSC returning back to sailing, there were still plenty of kids in the kids club for our JellyBean to have a great time. You'll likely have even more passengers and kids on board now.

Does the couch have drawers underneath like on Carnival? Will suitcases fit under the bed?

Wow! And thanks for these tips ~ first time on MSC in May 2023 which will start leaving out if NYC this April. I am Platinum on NCL & did the status match… this is NOT a match. But wanted to try something different. We’ll see how MSC compares, because this is what I consider my “test” cruise! 🛳️🗽😎

I was reading n got knocked off my video review .they were on deck 12 next to elevators n the balcony was actually larger.the cabin.They were in Europe.I want to go out of New York.I hope this a large ship with 6 or more pools. Itinerary 9 days.BahamS n Carribean.

Just follow the instructions at the machine and it should be easy to use. We didn't have any issues, but if you do experience any problems, just ask Guest Services, which is located nearby.

It WAS very weird. REALLY. From having to put your credit card on file onboard rather than before, to the odd check in process, to the strange layout, shows, and dinners, it was uncomfortable. HOWEVER, their private island was magnificent! I put it up there with Coco Cay, although it is really different but nice. In addition, if you have a third or fourth person in the room, there are ONLY the beds that come out of the ceiling for those persons. Not a great way to be in a stateroom!

MSC much better than Carnival in terms of food staff and ship in general. The private island is awesome at MSC and the drink package does not limit you to 12 drinks and the package can be used on MSC private island. Much better with MSC
