The Ketogenic diet (been on it for 6 months now) has reduced my autistic son's self-injurious behaviors more than it has improved seizure activity. Though, we had to remove one drug (topamax) due to the contraindication to keto diet. Thus, we need to wait longer to see if there will be change with diet for seizures. It's no easy task putting together these meals. Keto Dietician has our son on a 60g Fat/16 Protein/ 4 carb per meals @ 3 meals per day. And he can have 2 snacks at 2g carbs/ Fat 10g/ 3 Protein. He can also have 1-2 Keto cal drinks per day. The first weeks were very difficult. Gait was affected. Had to give Beano from too many meals with the ever popular keto suggested cauliflower. The bloating caused him agitation.

look into Dr Joel Wallach. If you combine the supplements he created with this diet you will know peace with your child.

My close friend ultimately confided in me just how she burned most of her body fat and it has been by following the *2WeightLossFast. Com* All this time it is been working wonderful. I’ve been wanting to cut no less than 3 pounds for quite a while by now nevertheless it is happening now. Happy of the good results I have got so far. .

Maybe try carnivore diet. It works for many people, and side effects are few to none.

Has the high fat carnivore diet been studied in relation to supporting the brains of people who exhibit behavioral symptoms that are identified as on the autism spectrum ?

I have currently made use of this unique plan *2WeightLossFast. Com* for several days already as well as the results are fantastic. They provide me a lot of energy and also suppress my urge for food, however I don`t crash whenever they wear off which I love, and they don`t cause me to feel jittery. I did absolutely nothing special on my very own diet regime and I still manage to burned my unwanted weight to 7 lbs.

If we could only learn the FASTING is the healing part and to do the Ketogenic diet very clean with plant based sources of fat in which we utilize 100% as compared to animal fat or protein which we only use 40-45% MAX and then the elimination of the byproducts of animal protein is mandatory or we become overly toxic (acidic).

WizardofRaw Animal based is way more bioavailable than plant based and far less inflammatory.

Plant oils are poison sir.

That’s pretty silly to say I mean amino acids from animal fats are far superior, bio available and helps brain function and overall less than Inflammatory. Specially when combined with fasting once your nutrition is up to par

There is no evidence to support your claims. Fat spurces with primarily saturated fats are the best type, as the bonds are stronger and break less from oxidation processes. On the other hald, polyunsaturated oils break down more easily due to their bonds being more brittle. This is oxidative stress in our bodies. We want less of this. Having a good omega 3 to 6 ratio is a good goal and minimizing omega 6s by ingesting saturated fats as priority. Seed oils are toxic and require deodorizing and scrubbing to make the rancid smell go away for so people will eat it. The singular paper that showed saturated fats and cholesterol worsened heart attack outcomes, was completely discredited. There are multiple metanalusis now that show there is no strong evidence to show this. The evidence is considered weak at best now, in a very small proportion of epidemiology which cannot even prove causative effects. With all the evidence to show this, eating less linoleic acids and replacing with saturated fats is appropriate. The correlations that I care about are the health trends in obesity, use of seed oils, rising diabetes and metabolic syndrome in adults and children and gestationally -- so we can now study those populations and see why using random, blinded clinical trials with weakly correlated epidemiology. Unfortunately, most science is funded by people who want your money and the media refer to epidemiology as cures amd overstate the strength of evidence, where it doesn't hold up.
