How to Create a Doctor Appointment Form with Jotform

This was great, but what if we have another form (Patient Chart) to be completed by the doctor, is there a way we can create a button of sorts from Jotform Tables so that the Patient Chart can be populated with pre-submitted data?

Hi @DinoRodriguez, Sure, the Action Button feature in Tables lets you do that. Just add an action button in your table then select Send Form, and enable Prefill option, so you can prefill the selected form with data from the Tables.
