Thank you! I made this today and it was perfect. Besides the chicken and potatoes, I added carrots, cherry tomatoes, onions and garlic with rice and veggies on the side.

Superbly done, this shows the fantastic power of the Instant Pot. I also need to get some of that magic powder! I like to use mine to sauté some chopped onions first, then add in chopped carrots etc, garlic + seasoning and sauté a little more, deglazing to remove the tasty bits stuck to the bottom with a little chicken stock/water/white wine. Then add potatoes, some cherry tomatoes and the chicken. If it's legs I'm using I'll brown them in the Instant Pot, rendering some of the fat first. I have the Duo Crisp version so I might also crisp the chicken etc at the end.

The chicken could stand a little browning in my opinion. The recipe looks great and I’m going to make it but the chicken needs to have some color on it so I think I will brown my chicken first and then cook it with the potatoes! Another thing that is awesome to use is "Better than Bouillon" that you can get at Costco as well and you just add a little bit of the better than bouillon to the water and it makes a wonderful and savory broth!!😊😊
