ML Barlow Thanks. By the way I haven't got round to sorting out this video. When I do I'll have to completely remove it as you can't edit the actual video file once on you tube!! But I thought there was probably enough of this video showing to still be helpful - hence the delay in redoing it! :) Kay

Hi Kay. I know this is an old video but I have no idea how you can "update" the contents page in Word. This is because your screen is all black at that point. (Which I'm sure you'll know by now!) Anyway, I worked out how to create a new chapter by guesswork - but I can't find the "update" drop down menu in my Word screen for refreshing the contents page. Please help as there doesn't seem to be any other reverences to this online, anywhere. I'm sure I'm not the first to ask this. Hope you can help?
