you need a 12 to take out a 7, here's how I know, \/ for example, you have a 6 and you want to take out a 7, you add 6 troops to the 6 and it becomes a 12 right? so now if you attack the 7 with 12 troops, you will get a 100% chance of winning. does it make sense? reply and tell me if it does make sense, if it doesn't make sense I can make a new example if you want, OK?

Not gunna lie Pete, because of you i started playing other maps with your strategies in mind. I used to only play the classic world map to prepair for game night with my friends but the other fantasy maps are a lot of fun and harder to play. Cant say im very good at them yet but definitely a lot of fun.. love watch you play and learning new strats. Keep up the good work bro

i think you just overestimated black's abilities. his first two turns consisted of making an attack and then splitting his stack for no reason instead of consolidating his troops. i don't think he was necessarily hunting you, but instead just keeping his stack open to be able to attack in any direction

I think Black was using a "spread strat" w/ lots of little stacks in early rounds to avoid losing any troops which you then consolidate in rounds ~3-6 so you can hunt kills from 2-3 big stacks. That can work very well, I think they're just inexperienced as they knew about what point of the game kills matter but obv didn’t understand the math & game theory behind what makes a kill both safe & profitable to execute

I was wondering, why you weren't making the kill on blue first, when you had your set on 3. You could have taken blue out und directly connected to the green kill. Would it have costed too many troups?
