I have realized two things by watching today's video. One, I have been following you since before 2012 when you had your 6 foot by 6 foot tank. Two, you have bulked up a lot in the last 12 months. Keep up the great videos!

What are some things that you would do differently if you started again knowing what you know now Also for the substrate issue of it getting pushed back, when you were making the tank didn’t you epoxy the floor and when you did the last layer couldn’t you put a layer of it on it before it cures so that it sticks and then put a lose layer on top that can be pushed around, I keep reptiles and it is something that I do for there 3D backgrounds
@graphite27866 жыл бұрын
Epoxied sand would be like sand paper. Stingray bellies are sensitive and delicate; epoxied sand would mutilate the skin, imagine putting sandpaper in a babies' diaper. Joey is an expert in keeping stingray and would not risk the health of his beloved pets just for the aesthetic of decoration.

Hey Joey, I just wanted to say I've been watching your content for awhile now and absolutely love it. The way you described your journey throughout the years with your stingrays was nothing short of amazing. The editing and the way you put this one together was outstanding! Please do an end of year recap detailing this year.. I think it would do very well and allow us to really catch your highlights and of course the shortcoming a fish keeper could potentially have. Thanks for all that you do!

You should take out the smaller ray. Just put him into individual tank and pump him up with foods. you can really see the difference within months times. This is what Singapore ray breeder will do. But still up to the individual.

Video idea for you Joey. I’ve watched all your DIY videos but I’m still unsure where to get the supplies like acrylic or glass, or even the greenhouse material you use for tops (I’ve looked but get overwhelmed with options). I would love if you took us on a buying trip to show us where you get your materials and in what sizes/quantities.

Very informative video, I have seen some of your earlier FS vids but did not know there were so many species of FS. Looking forward to the Asian Arrowana vid, in particular I want to know why Buddy seemed to be so much more "thick bodied", also a refresher on the different varieties of AA there are. I love the red one you have now, but Buddy's "type" is my favorite -- it looks like polished bronze armor. Thanks again Joey for sharing.
