What made me happiest about this video is to see how you’re okay with the fact that the house still needs work! I’m fixing to move to a way bigger house soon and I have anxiety just to think I won’t have enough budget to make it all the way I want it to be right away. Love the vintage green bathroom tile! Use your design skills to up date while keeping the beautiful tile. I can see a pale green wallpaper treatment and the blonde wood tones that you favor for a spa-like feel or a tropical wallpaper with birds, monkeys, leopards, ferns, palms, and flowers, and wicker which your boys will enjoy.

It’s difficult to choose but I really love your entryway. The architectural details are fabulous! I just love a curved bannister on a grand staircase! And I also love the chandelier! The paneling is lovely too! Oh, I can’t forget the mirror! What a statement your entryway makes when coming into your home. Light, bright, cheerful with a nod to the era of the home along with a more modern twist. A beautiful marriage of styles! 😍🥰😍

I love the remodel. My favorite room is the front hallway. The mirror and sitting are is my fav. Also a note about Sawyer's room. I love the wallpaper!!! But "The Library Lion" is our favorite book to read every time the grands come over.

My favorite would probably be the entryway. It was such a great transformation from dark to light. Especially love the natural wood tone banister on the staircase. My thing is light bright and white which is what portrays in the entryway. You did decorate it nice the first Christmas even though I'm not fond of dark rooms. Love the rockers that you have out on the patio.

I love design. I think on the entry way, where the mirror is, a round table moment would look beautiful with a big flower arrangement and books 📚 around it. My favorite room is the nursery where more is more, nice colors and patterns ❤

Look into Lowe's linen drapes. Each panel was just $25.00 (I selected black black-out panels for my bedroom because I am a light sleeper) these are what I use and you would never know they are not custom.

My favorite room design was the nursery. The addition of the green color and the wallpaper wall gave it an interesting feel. I liked that you painted the dark wood surfaces white but I feel the rest of the house needs that zip like you added to the nursery.

Quite blown away by all the patterns, colors and busyness, all together in one BIG house. That being said, my fav was the outdoor, breezy, tropical setting. Yes, Maximilian, but a theme, flow and cohesive environmental statement. The designer seemed like a best friend I wish I had! Did get a lot of ideas. Really loved the video. Just can't see anyone buying a home with an incoherent layout.

Older houses are incredible. My parents had a two story colonial built in 1909 and I loved it. I didn’t grow up there but it always felt like home. Alas I had to sell it because it was in another city and we were both still working and had kids in school 😢
