Crispy Bhakhri
Ingredients:
1 Cup - Fine Wheat Flour
3 tbsp - Peanut Oil
Salt to taste
Using Water Make a Hard Dough
Used
2 tbsp - Water
Rest for 15 min
Knead Again Properly
Make it Two Part, Take One dough and roll it big Size.
and Tale a Round Ring Cookie Mould, Cut into Small Bhakhri , Prink it with Fork makes it all Bhakhri and Keep aside.
Take an Iron Tawa and Brush with Ghee and Keep Bhakhri Over it, Roast Both the Sides and Press with Wooden Roti Presser, make it Crispy and Serve
