Hi Andy, we went there during Covid, was amazing. We were actually booked into the H10 Gran Tinerife but they decided to close that & we got transferred there instead. Luckily we had a buggy to get us to Américas everyday & of course Los! Visit the sister hotel Gran Tinerife next and show us around…we’re booked in for next year in Oct. Will pop into Buddies to say hello & talk rental lol 😁🥳

Shocked that you haven't went right down to reception to complain about that bedding Andrew. The bare minimum to expect from ANY hotel is spotless bedding. I wouldn't be sitting on that bed let alone sleeping in it. Lovely looking hotel but that bed?.... Not for me lad.

I would’ve complained about the bedsheets and made a comment about the chair, it was all quite visible. The restaurant looked very clean and lovely and well presented and the surroundings. It would be good to stay and review other hotels, just a shame Laura wasn’t there with you.

good review of the hotel. Buffet food looked great,large choice.The marks on the bed covers were not good and I would had wanted them changed. I know you were only there for one night., I laughed over your mishap with the shower,That has happened to us a few times in other hotels.

I was looking for a decent review just days ago and then saw you uploaded one, what are the odds lol. Thanks a ton, if we're going Tenerife this summer it'll be in this hotel for sure! Amazing! Other option is Mamlouk in Egypt which is even cooler (and cheaper) but I'd rather go to Tenerife again this year for the beauty of the islands and of course Siam park. Was always curious what the inside of the rooms in the H10 looked like. We did the long walk from Los Cris back in Sept 23. We ended up cutting up to the restaurant opposite the hotel, as a finish point, as we weren’t sure how you went over the beach to La Caleta.

I watched your review a few months ago since we were going to visit this hotel for a one week holiday and was quite curious. In the past we stayed several times in the Rui Palace but since it was full when we booked we went for H10. I agree the place itself is absolutely beautiful. We had a very nice room (standard), enjoyed the garden, seating area and the pools, and most of the staff were very friendly although always very busy. This hotel also welcomes business people for conferences so there is a lot to do. But on the negative side the food in the buffet restaurant El Jabla was really disappointing, cold food was not cold, hot food was not warm, you had to be careful and look for freshly cooked food, most food was overcooked. Imo they are understaffed and prepare everything in advance. So we might return but only B&B.

Fantastic vlog Andrew loved every bit of it, hotel looked amazing apart from a couple of things, but if I'd have been there when covid broke out, I wouldn't have minded being locked in for a couple of weeks ,,😂 Enjoyed the trip around La Caleta and Del Duque too, love the little coloured houses, so quaint, would love to live in one of those, so thanks for doing all of this stuff for us, just brilliant.xx👍❤️

Wow! Watching on catch up (so delayed!). Not impressed with bedroom sheets or balcony balustrade, even if last minute booked, still needs to be tip top for 4 star. Wow to the rest of the hotel cleanliness and jaw dropping pool area with amazing view! Sold!!! Now thinking we should go there. We stayed at H10 Gran Tenerfe for our 25th , that was amazing. (5 years ago) Ready for our 30th now!!

Great review Andrew. We loved it there, having checked out the day before you filmed. Spot on about the staff, all very friendly. Your room, I suspect might be one of those they put people in for a night before their proper room is ready. We were on the 6th floor, room 657. Privilege option, bigger room generally. We had 2 meals in La Caleta, marvelous . When we passed Bloom, I said " there is Andrews place " Glad you enjoyed it, we did too. We will probably return there next year and we have been to 8 hotels in Adeje. This could be our favorite. Cheers Andrew !

​@vincehenry9126 Yes, we took half board with the privilege option. The buffet was very good, a great choice. Breakfast the usual, very good. Staff were great, came up to your table you could have coffee tea brought to you. In the restaurant La Tosca, the privilege option allowed you to have breakfast and dinner as many days as you wanted, served to you. We did this 5 of our 10 day stay. You book it on the app. Also, the Sukura show cooking too. In the privilege infinity pool, there were drinks and snacks during the day included. Then there is the privilege room, you can help yourself to coffee tea and drinks / snacks all day up to midnight. To get all that is 3,000 10 days, cheaper than the othe H 10's, the best location imo. On the roof bar, Andrew might not have known it was closed, still getting finished, due to open in June I believe. Lovely hotel

This was an excellent vlog.. I liked and still like the location.. because I stayed a couple of years ago in the Sheraton, now called Tivoli.. that little shopping center opposite the hotel.. is neat and comfy.. we ate there a couple of times in different restaurants.. your bedsheets were not very nice to see, and the chair wasn’t nice to see either.. that’s the only thing I would complain of.. your bedsheets, and I am sure the staff would handle that correctly.. nice vlog Andrew 👍

Great review, though bed sheets and chair were an absolute no no. Around from the Japanese Cai restaurant in La Caleta (turn left) you missed La Cava which is probably one of the best Italian restaurants on the Island. We have been there many times. Top notch.

Honestly, you should have complained about the sheets thats not acceptable in any star hotel especially a 4 * hotel . Am with u on breakfast a coffee does me until 11ish then maybe I can eat something I find it difficult to have breakfast on holiday and at home . Thanks for the vlog Andrew

That bed would have been an immediate march down to reception for me. Love H10 hotels but that was absolutely unacceptable. Not 'niggly', it's a 4* hotel, it should be clean. If they're happy to present that in that state what else isn't clean that you wouldn't spot?

Having personally Booked Last-minute “Can you really have much of a complaint” ..Definitely 💯 regardless of Time of booking, once handed the Key to your room it’s there responsibility to get it right first time every time and your right if dissatisfied let them know..especially obviously speaking for myself a clean bathroom ,clean bedding and seating areas are a must as most rooms are kept to a minimum and thats what your paying for. I don’t believe the Cost of rooms should make any difference in cleanliness. The room in saying this looked lovely,fresh and spacious but for me the view from the balcony in this particular room over looking the neighbouring Terracotta Hotel for myself seemed quite overpowering and slightly depressing. Personally the room type and views are part of my holiday I get excited in seeing and staying at. Although yes most of the days you’re out and about, but I also like to relax at times in my room but with a view a little more scenery and atmosphere, but again I suppose the price off room reflects what kind of views are on offer . I’m not sure of the food selection feel there could have been more variety even though it looked a lot from what I’m seeing on this it looked a lot of the same.. Without doubt an absolutely Beautiful Hotel and the night time ambience was truly lovely.. Again Andrew another great Video /Vlog 😁👍full of details and great insight pre-booking. Hi Andrew enjoyed your H10 hotel vlog very much👍 Think should have asked for clean bedding least you expect as a paying guest,chair&outside rail couldn’t do much about those otherwise your room really nice shower bit dodgy though🤣. Facilities in hotel absolutely stunning fantastic selection of food&drink noticed how clean hotel was. Couple of nice areas surrounding hotel very traditional La Calletta&Del Duque overall lovely hotel with stunning sea&sunset views. Mediterranean Palace is a hotel like you to review when it’s finished or Hotel Troya, like you I’m not a breakfast person either just a drink start the day then a cheese& ham toastie mid morning nothing else(except lucozade)till dinner. Thanks for a great hotel review look forward to the next one. One thing spoilt your video know have no control over it is you tube sticking annoying adverts in every about 10 minutes into the video I understand they have to advertise really every 10 minutes seriously annoying as I said not your fault just you tube still enjoyed video very much👍 Your balcony rail in your room seen better days as has white chair stains on it😲
