I’ve seen a few reviewers say it doesn’t fully come together by episode 4 (like still kind of finding it’s footing), so idk, the whole showrunner thing might not amount to much. Not praying for it’s downfall, we’ve just seen this happen too many times with Disney+ as a whole

I also saw the first two episodes and my assessment is similiar to Kristian's. I enjoyed what I saw, the characters are engaging, and I'm looking forward to what's next. Kathryn Hahn is admittedly great, but I think he might be underestimating Aubrey Plaza. Her presence is limited mostly to the first episode (she might appear early in the second one too, but I can't remember) and she was captivating. I bet she'll be a joy to watch in future episodes.

This show wouldn't happen if it wasn't too deep in producton before Kevin Feige took back full control at Marvel, so I don't think it will tie to anything moving forward. Let's remind ourselves that this show was approved when Chapek was the main boss at Disney and all he wanted is quantity over quality, and Kevin Feige couldn't control 10 projects a year, since Chapek left, Bob Iger gave Kevin back full control at Marvel and this show was almost done, so that's the only reason why it was released. Not saying it won't be good, just saying it wouldn't happen under Feige control. Also let's not forget that Feige reshoot almost full Captain America 4 movie and Daredevil series, I doubt it will make profit since it cocts double, but at least it will be better projects and gave us hope fr future Marvel stuff. The damage has been done under Chapek, and we will see the results in next year or two.

*Agatha* *All* *Along* *vs.* *The* *Penguin* Big showdown this week but not as big as the one we saw in June with The Acolyte vs. The Boys S4 vs. House of the Dragon S2. All three of those shows disappointed, btw. The Boys S4 did end the best of the three but it was still their weakest season and RT’s audience score is at 54%. And people on social media are still pissed at Ryan Condal for HOT D S2 including the author himself! Now I personally adore Kathryn Hahn. She was a big highlight in WandaVision which I enjoyed quite a bit over 3.5 years ago. But Agatha All Along does NOT look good from the trailers I saw from it. What’s up with all the three lesbian witch projects this year? The Acolyte, Agatha All Along, and Wicked? Wicked is another one that looks DEI. It’s pretty obvious which one I and most people will watch 🐧. Now I wasn’t exactly excited for it and I actually haven’t seen any of the trailers for it. I enjoyed The Batman and thought Colin was a highlight. But when I heard a Penguin series was coming out, I wasn’t excited for it. But I’m hearing it’s kinda like DC’s Andor. And I wasn’t excited for Andor either. I will give Agatha All Along a chance tonight. But if it doesn’t capture my attention from these first two episodes which I think is likely going to happen after listening to Sean Chandler’s initial reaction for it, then I won’t be finishing the last 7 episodes for it. I’ve already skipped a few MCU shows already like Secret Invasion and Echo that I have no problem skipping on Agatha All Along. Next big showdown is next summer. I’m reading Andor is slated next June but it could also be released earlier. If it is released next June, it goes against A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms. Andor does have twice as many episodes. But it’s really 2026 when we see House of the Dragon S3 that I believe will be the biggest summer since 2019. Because Avengers: Doomsday is also released that year. 🐧>🧙🏻‍♀️🧙🏼‍♀️🧙‍♀️🧙🏽‍♀️🧙🏾‍♀️👩‍❤️‍💋‍👩🏳️‍🌈🌈 Let’s see if Paul Chato, the Drinker, and the rest of The Fandom Menace will hate watch and mock the hell out of Agatha All Along like they did for The Acolyte. Ahsoka gave us those lesbian vibes last year. Make them lame and gay!
