From 5 years of trading, the hardest part of my job is keeping customer loyalty. Their is always a silent message when a customer chooses not to do business with you, sometimes, 'it's unclear. At present, getting a better quality replacement'. As long as you return the phone call, you've okay in most cases Give a date, and explain that things can go wrong on the day or just before, never lost a customer that way. Explain to your customer your target market, mine being garden maintenance and not horticulturist if you have certification.
