I’m in a interracial relationship and even though my husband is here in the UK (and I’m so lucky for that) we miss his family so much. It’s so hard for him not being able to hug his mum 😢 He’s very stoic and doesn’t let on but I know he feels a little envious when his coworkers talk about going to their mums house for tea. And I feel guilty that my son doesn’t get his loving grandparents in his life everyday. So I see you Emilie. It’s a hard road ❤

Please take him back to the UK to live and attend school. Please take over the adoption of the 3 children since Josh is not getting no place with this adoption. What a fun day that must have been. To be there for your friend and reconnect with others, as well as Adam having the time of his life! Great memories for you both. I can understand a little bit of jealousy too. My home country and my husband's home country are about as far apart as England and Africa. When we were married, only my parents were able to fly there. It felt just a little lonely, to not have more of my loved ones there. Though it was an amazing day, and I couldn't have been more pleased with how it turned out, still my family and friends weren't there to be a part of our special day. 28 years later, we're still happily married, even through so many challenges. I know you and Josh will have many memorable moments together, and who knows, maybe you can celebrate in both countries!
