We head back to Uganda in a couple of days... but we've already hit our first stumbling block with some visa problems! I sit down for a quick chatty update about what's going on, how Josh is doing now after being in hospital and updates all about the kids and schooling✨

Hi Emilie. Was just thinking could the fundraising include individual sponsored activities? Like a sponsored walk/swim etc as for me that would be easier that putting on a sale or event but still a great way to raise money and get people involved. Just an idea 🙂 praying your visas get sorted and that you can get to the bottom of Josh's health issues so he can make a full recovery bless him. Love and hugz to you all xxx

It would be good to be able to directly sponsor a specific child and have some feedback-contact with them too.

@@69footballgoats We used to do it this way, but we had to simplify the charity as it was taking up too much of our time with the logistics of it all. With them now away at schools it would be impossible for us the do specific child updates etc. The way we do it now is everyone gets general updates on how all of the children are doing via our Kofi platform 😊

She tried that. And they were greatly struggling when apart. They were struggling to get the adoption done for Josh and their 3 kids. Which that has to be completed before they can all apply to come to the UK. She was also missing James, George, and Tallie growing up.
