The multi billion pound contracts given to G4S/Serco/Mears by the government are part of how this problem is allowed to get to this point. They initiate gimmigrants into this Country, give them benefits, housing, healthcare, cash support, translators, Aspen cards & also hire many at low skill jobs for terrible wages undercutting honest British workers while feeding from the taxpayer funded contracts. All to the detriment of said taxpayer & the diminishing low wage structure, which is now in place via rotten companies such as these using gimmigrants as tools to manipulate against British people. It's a big orobouros snek where the head eats the tail in an infinite loop.

Section 33 of the Criminal Justice Act 1972 does not give any person the right to trespass onto private property. It merely outlines what is considered a public area for which the Public Order Act can be applied and those are quite clearly defined as a public footpath and the King's highways. You are welcome to point out where in this act it specifically states that a job centre is public "Implied Access" has nothing to do with Section 33 of the Criminal Justice Act 1972 and is an entirely different thing. Implied Access is the right to enter private property or land without requiring permission from the owner beforehand as you reasonably assumed you were allowed to enter. The entire point of Implied Access is not to allow people to go into private property and refuse to leave but to resolve rural disputes between hikers and farmers as it means that a person cannot be prosecuted for trespass as they reasonably thought they could go onto the private land so long as after being told they are on private land they then leave "Public Access" also has nothing to do with Section 33 of the Criminal Justice Act 1972. Public Access is merely the areas of a private property or land where the owner has specified that members of the public are allowed to reside without requiring their permission beforehand, a building with Public Access will still have areas classified as restricted where you are not allowed to go or only allowed to enter with explicit permission. Public Access like Implied Access can be revoked at any time for any reason so long as it does not violate the Equality Act. "Taxpayer funded" as you and some of your followers are claiming means nothing, just because you pay taxes does not confer ownership or an automatic right of access to private government property. Your paying taxes simply means you are entitled to services as administered by the local authorities, for example you may be banned from entering a police station but the police will still answer 999 calls and allow you access to the station if you need to report a crime It appears that most of your understanding of the various laws auditors invoke comes from auditors themselves which is starting to become a serious issue among the so called UK Auditing community as now it has become less about fighting to protect actual rights and laws and more about protecting the imaginary and misinterpreted rights and laws that auditors came up many of which are based on US Auditors, case in point one UK auditor recently filmed himself in a private business in the UK shouting about his First Amendment Rights which obviously don't apply in the UK
@simshogun22402 жыл бұрын
They will open the gates for you as they can see you on CCTV and the police have most likely told them it is public property and publicly accessible by anyone and if they want or need privacy they need to create it and is the reason they have private rooms and the rest are locked with key code locks or swipe card locks.

@topcat13582 жыл бұрын
@@RonSeymour1 - Yeah, That seems problematic to me too. There seems to be no clear answer on here. eg. A NHS hospital is a public building and publicly funded, but I don't think many could put up a good argument for auditors wandering around hospital corridors, wards, operating theatres, Admin offices, etc. with impunity
@originalgeekpie9 ай бұрын
People are getting confused between public building and public space. A public building can still insist on policy to be abided by in order for access - as in a individual's right to privacy when discussing private matters. Even a public space can have limitations on access, say closed at certain hours. All or some of a public building, may not be a public space, what you regard as a public building is not always so.

Here we go hateful comments to me,just my opinion which I'm entitled to. I think it's rather cruel if people really don't want to be filmed. I UNDERSTAND IT'S LEGAL I get that. However many different reasons why people don't wish to be filmed,your perogative to wear your mask. There could be a violent ex partner not know where they work,could have moved away from family not wish to be found,?could just be terribly shy and it genuinely distresses them. I just think from a moral perspective it might be kinder not to film someone if they ask you nicely.

Hi L A, this encounter when the young security worker tells you that you cannot film there because of job centre 'policy', then another one tells you that if you do not want to make an appointment you are not welcome!, there minding your own business doing nothing that is against the law, in a place that is clearly wide open to the public, both of them wander off when you do not comply. The third one threatens to call the police if you don't leave, because the 'policy' forbids filming, she then demands that you tell her why you want to film there, when you tell her that you do not want to answer her questions because you do not have to she also wanders off!. Yet another one has a go with the same result, do they know that they are acting like clowns?. The GDPR issues you uncover certainly should be reported to the relevant commissioner. The threats that they are making actually constitute assaults and threatening behaviour. The one that tells you that preventing people for filming and taking notes is a satisfactory way of dealing with their GDPR failures!. I am so glad that people like you are willing to undertake this sort of work on our behalf and have such a clear and accurate understanding of what the laws actually are!. Good work well done!. Cheers Richard.

Here's what should of happened. Customer Care Officer (they are not security guards) should of approached and asked for reason of filming, if the guy has an interview fine but he would only be able to film that interview with agreement from the interviewer. Then if he fails to answer that the next question is do you have a public space licence for filming and the permission from everyone in you intend to have on film, he can get round that by stating that everyone else's face will be blurred out before publishing to protect identities, he failed to do that. I would also ask his intention for the recording and his name, he has no appointment to be there and actually has no other reason to be there other than to antagonise. From that point I would ask him stop filming and leave the premises, if he refuses then procedure is to call the police. Now where it went really wrong is no they can't stop him from taking notes if he have a reason to be there and they definitely can't detain him in any way shape or form regardless of his reason for being there unless he's violent and can be restrained. Good clickbait though but perhaps learn the law before trying to do this again and adjust your approach and you will probably find you will be accommodated. Let's not forget as well that this guy could of been filming with the intention to rob the place or worse, but to be honest it looks like from these numbers he is trying to be a KZbin star at the expense of others.

I like auditors, some of the stuff they do is interesting ('DJ' especially so as he's head-&-shoulders above all the others put together) but there is one big problem. Places like Job Centres, Police Stations, Council buildings etc will have reached a point by now whereby next time the The Criminal Justice Act get drawn-up (& it is due) they'll simply write legislation in to it to protect these places from filming & auditors will be arrested, charged & will thus desist. The problem is, in trying to gain freedoms the auditors will have collectively eroded all our freedoms with the new laws that are drawn-up. That's how the UK functions & the auditor's youth (apart from 'PJ' they're all quite young) &/or their capacity to make money from what they do will have prevented them from seeing the bigger picture re' what I've said above.

Tells people that if they don't want to be filmed why come up to the camera then proceeds to go up to people with his camera

There always seems to be more staff in these gaffs than punters. 🤔 Which makes you wonder why they are so over protective. I suspect these JC's are less in demand because those searching for work, probably just use the Internet. Maybe the people working in these places, or those that run them, don't want exposure because they fear the question may, at some point be asked by maybe the press, members in Parliament "do we need walk in JC's anymore?" Just a thought.

Bro this is so correct. Everytime I'm forced in every 2 weeks for an appointment the place is almost completely empty and this is in the middle of a city with 300k people!. Like we seriously do not need job centres anymore everything can be done online and all the job coaches can just work from home.

You look for work online these days, then every 2 weeks you meet with somebody to let them know how you've been getting on and it's a 5 minute appointment.

Would it hurt to explain that you are making a general-interest KZbin video for people who are interested in the workings of the job center? Most auditors go straight to the argument “I’m allowed to film” which I don’t argue with. You are legally allowed to do what you’re doing. However, the concept of auditing is relatively new, and most humans, most intelligent humans, aren’t used to filming for filming’s sake. You aren’t doing anything illegal, but part of being a useful member of society is to give a bit of context when doing something that has been up until now unusual. Everyone you interview is absolutely wrong…they don’t have an ounce of your knowledge on the laws of public documentation. In conclusion, you’re doing good work exposing the GDPR violations but you’re being a bit pathetic by giving no information on your intent, if only to calm the panicked staff who you put in a legal but unusual situation.

I asked to record my interview. Was taken to a private office. They then wedged a fire door open for “health and safety purposes “ !!!! Said on door….” Keep fire door closed. They break more laws than they make up!!!! What’s the point of a fire door and a private office if the fire door is useless and the office isn’t private

Nice to see somebody wearing a hoodie with the hood up as I keep getting told to take my hood down as it's a security policy of no baseball caps or hoodie hood's up yet everyone else can wear them but me. If I don't take my hood down I shall be removed from the premises and sanctioned. Peace to the World 🙏 🏴 🇬🇧
