Ministry of Defence Police Get A Call! More From The Blue Line Gang

Hi Guys
As part of my wonder round Whitehall I visit a number of locations with Police on scene pretty early on.
We not only find some of our old friends from old audits we find some our new ones from more recent visits also.
1 thing I will say is some civil servants really do have a lot to answer for with the way they interact with the tax paying public. Not a good look at all.

It never ceases to amaze me how much money is spent to employ people to stand around doing absolutely nothing. They do of course wear high viz vests or lanyards, but store dummies could do the same and be so much cheaper!

Well that was a trip down memory lane. I worked at the MOD building for some 17 years in a nuclear bunker way down underneath it. Had a tour of Downing St etc. I retired now so very entertaining......

Nobody holds auditors accountable. Do they have a hr department? Who governs their ethical standards? They get to antagonise and stir up a mob with 0 accountability. If a police officer cites an incorrect section for the stop and search they are using, they are in deep shit. Auditors can make shit up about “policy” that can be at best a mistake or total fabrication at worst. What happens? Nothing. Some auditors are good but they hold a lot of power with very little to keep them accountable.
