I lived in Belgium and France for three years. The legal age of concent is 16 years old. You wouldn't believe how many 16 year olds were in the clubs on a Friday and Saturday night. With the war paint (make-up) and the way the females were dressed, just by looking at her, you couldn't tell her age! Now once you started a conversation, I speak french, you knew. There are States in the United States and 16 is the legal age of concent. They can't legally get in the clubs and drink alcohol like they can in Belgium and France.
