Just a tip, don’t use dry brush if you have KP, red bumps on skin. Use chemical exfoliant such as Salicylic acid, it will help

Right after shaving any exfoliation active can lead to pigmentation,irritation etc specifically for skin of colour. Better just moisturise after shaving for 1 or 2 day. Don’t even use deodorant or roll on.

First a physical scrub, then a chemical kojic acid one, followed by physical using gloves and again chemical thats glycolic acid spray on your underarms. Thats an awful lot of exfoliation!!! Please be careful it would burn your skin and lead to hyperpigmentation! I can see so far it has been working well but be cautious and use less maybe? As thats a lot of exfoliation on a very delicate skin. Makes me think you dont have sensitive skin at all lol

CeraVe moisturizer made my face dry within 3 days of usage..I saw flakes all over my face and now hesitated whether to continue using it or not..same is the case with CeraVe lotion..Mine is normal skin and not so dry but still this product made my face so dry..not sure if it takes time to get used to it because I heard so much positive feedback about CeraVe and I really want to use it

It also made my skin worse, made it flaky. Same with my sister because our skin has acne & oily. Its good for dry skin people not for acne skin. I don’t know if urs is acne one or not. But I tried Inkey list BCE moisturiser or Aveeno oats moisturising cream. They are really good for me. I am following one dermat who recommend cerave but thats not for me. 😊
