Literally fell in love with this house! The layout is beautifully done. The color scheme is so Cohesive. Absolutely loved the black accents, tall doors, the ceiling, the floors, the kitchen, every small detail that brought the entire house together. The laundry room is so aesthetically pleasing! LOVE! You guys did an incredible job. Love all of the subtle green on the doors, the black accents and all of the olive trees/plants. The whole color palette is stunning. And you guys are awesome. Haha! When you sat in the hand chairs and said “only a few hands are allowed to touch this bum” or something of that sort was hilarious. Spectacular! Your designs, textile choices get better each year. Thanks to you, I am going to put in the 'wall of coat hooks' in my home. This 64th build entryway globe custom fixture and laundry room shadesoflight fixture is one I have wanted too! Fyi... big sinks in bathrooms might look good but are not for daily use. I just installed entryway two-globe, vertical brass light in my entryway too, amazing! Please do a lighting video!

OMG! I recently found you on KZbin. I love the energy that you bring to every project. I wish I lived in AZ. I am in the design business as well and I would love working in that environment. This H design is fantastic, it really makes so much sense. Everything is gorgeous! I love what you've done with penny tile, subway tile and soapstone. I also love that you take risks with the lighting fixtures. When I built our home 3.5 years ago, I chose to put subway tile/penny or hex in 3 out of 5 bathrooms and it is timeless and I never get tired of it. I also put marble in 2 bathrooms and the kitchen, it's another one of those materials that I will never get tired of as well. Bravo on the concept, design and decor, they are fantastic.
